ECO: Where are CoreClasses?
The far more intuitive name "Package_1" is being used. Furthermore, I think it's better classified as a "package" this way, as you have your final classes in separate or one source file(s).
Basically, you can safely double click on "Package_1" instead of "CoreClasses" in order to open your first ECO model.

I noticed that too. Not being familiar with ECO and reading from online tutorials, it took me quite a while to figure out they were the same.

Me 2... I was following the ECO II tutorial found on BDN. Perhaps someone at Borland could create another series of ECO III tutorial?

Package_1 sounds so strange (and in fact ugly!) to me, I rename it immediately to "CoreClasses" after creating the project :P Could they come up with a reasonably informative name or simply give the user an option for the name?
